Book PrintingOnce the signed-off proof has been received at TandemPress the book printing process begins. No further action is required on the part of the publisher, all aspects of production being handled by our highly experienced team.The production process employed at TandemPress is a fusion of traditional and digital printing - covers and photographic inserts are printed traditionally whilst internal text pages are printed digitally. This method provides significant cost advantages over printing the whole book traditionally up to print runs in excess of 1,000 copies. Beyond this figure there is a diminishing cost advantage, and for the majority of book runs beyond 2,000 copies traditional methods are more cost effective. This applies equally to both paperback and hardback books. All paper used in our production process conforms to strict environmental standards
All waste paper from the production process is recycled. Consider overprinting the cover for future print runs or promotional literature. |
